My name is Inna Kalashnikova, and I’m a Business English Language Coach.

Eight years ago, I was in a completely different role — I worked as an analyst engineer in a large company. Every day, I immersed myself in the world of strategies, presentations and negotiations with CEOs, sales managers and engineers. I saw firsthand how every English word could shape business processes, build trust and close deals. That’s when I realized: knowing English isn’t just a skill — it’s a key to international success.

When I started teaching Business English to my colleagues, I discovered my true passion. Watching them grow and confidently communicate in negotiations became my inspiration. I left the corporate world to fully dedicate myself to teaching, earning international certifications in CELTA and TKT (Modules 1, 2, and 3).

But that wasn’t enough. I wanted to understand how the brain learns, how to unlock a student’s true potential. Language coaching opened new doors — I learned how to help people achieve their goals faster and more effectively by breaking down the learning process into clear, achievable steps.
